1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
